If you've used a phone number that we do not recognise, you may be displayed a list of masked phone numbers, that you’ve previously used when applying for a financial account or credit agreement. If you enter the correct phone number, you’ll be sent a one-time password to the number that you’ve selected.
If you haven’t received your one time password, please ensure that the mobile number you’ve entered matches the number registered with your bank(s). If you’ve entered a different number, this may be the reason you’re not receiving the OTP.
Having a strong network connection may also help avoid delays with receiving your OTP.
If you’ve waited some time for your OTP and still have not received it, this could be due to network congestion with your service provider. Please wait some time before requesting another OTP.
